What data we process and why

Through the contact form we collect your name, your restaurant's name, your email and your phone number. We use them solely to get in touch with you, arrange the demo and, if you ask for it, send you a proposal. If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we process your number for the same purpose. We don't use your data for advertising or pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you send the form or contact us, and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the business relationship lasts or, if there isn't one, for a maximum of twelve months from the last contact. It is then deleted or blocked in accordance with applicable law.

Recipients and processors

Form messages are sent through Resend, Inc. (email delivery provider); the site is hosted and served from the Vercel, Inc. network, which also provides visit analytics (Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies or personal identifiers); and WhatsApp conversations are governed by the terms of WhatsApp LLC (Meta). All of them operate with GDPR safeguards, including standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@zelerix.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you consider the processing does not comply with the law.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), filters against automated submissions and restricted access to the contact inbox.
